We’re growing here at R/West, adding on crazy smart people to help us continue to grow brands and do amazing work.  The halls have been filled with several new faces and we could not be more excited to introduce the two newest members of our brand management team, Stephanie Howe and Kayla Anchell.  We’re thrilled to have them on board and keeping us on our toes.

I consider myself having an exceedingly rare combination of serious and profound detail orientedness (aka OCD) and the ability to “pound” whisky with the “good ol boys”. Wearing many hats (and sometimes personalities) is something I would consider “my thing” and why my passion for advertising and marketing comes very naturally to me.

I graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on marketing, and a minor in Film Studies. I had an over 7 year stint as sports and lifestyle model, spent 4 years traveling to rodeos every weekend to market (and drink) whisky, and found my home in advertising over 3 years ago.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me eating all the Mexican food I can handle, watching movies with my boyfriend and snuggling with my cat, Boo.

I grew up in Hillsboro, attended the UO for college, and have now settled in NE Portland. I love living in the Pacific NW and haven’t strayed too far from home – mainly because I wouldn’t know what to do with my life without a cloud cover or people dressed as Jedis on unicycles.

Media has always been a part of my career path, and after jobs ranging from documentary film production, to managing website development, I found a perfect fit in Brand Management at R/West. My initiation ceremony here involved a neck tattoo, but I still have zero regrets.

When not tracking project timelines & deliverables or planning social events at work with the Culture Committee (#baesofrwest), you can find me snowboarding at Meadows (likely with other R/Westies) or checking out a show at one of Portland’s music venues.
