About this Role:

Seeking a visual communicator who can bring ideas and information to life through well-crafted visual executions. This role would work on an array of clients from financial, technology, consumer packaged goods, spirits and more. This role will work on a wide range of channels including digital and print, as well as video, interactive and social. Ability to both interpret existing brands and sketch outside the box a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual solutions for ongoing and/or campaign based brand work that are designed to meet business goals for individual clients.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of design software (Adobe Suite).
  • General understanding of the creative specs and parameters of a variety of media: print, digital, social.
  • Able to concept photographic and video executions for campaigns with support from supervisor.
  • Ability to produce work within deadlines that is error-free and meets a high standard of creative execution.
  • General knowledge of applying strategy to design solutions and emerging ability to speak to those strategies.
  • Be a self-starter who will be proactive to do research and ask questions.

Senior Designer

About this Role:

Seeking a senior designer for client work in the sport and technology space. This role will work on a wide range of channels including digital, video and print pieces for both consumer and B2B, as well as interactive and environments.

Qualifications:

This designer will have a strong focus on brand and product storytelling with the goal of taking product information and refashioning it as a relevant messaging for the appropriate audience. Finding that message will require research beyond the brief at times, and the ability to take that research and arrive at a POV on product attributes. Attention to detail, understanding fine differences in content and a curious mind who wants to learn about current and emerging technologies are all important.

  • Fluent in CC programs Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Demonstrated skills in design, UX, design systems, and prototyping in Figma, Sketch, XD or similar platform.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G-suite platforms. Some clients require deck delivery in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in After Effects, Premier Pro or Cinema 4D is desirable but not required.
  • Strong photo retouching skills and the ability to composite many separate images into a believable comp.
  • Background (or interest) in assets for video including graphics, storyboards, animation, etc. Past work with brand, interactive development and, ideally, video production teams

Digital Analytics Specialist for Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager 

 

About this Role:

As a specialist for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, you will be directly responsible for the execution of tracking plans which will bring additional value to all of our digital clients and teams, and play a key role in data-driven marketing decisions. You will be in charge of maintaining and ensuring the proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device analytics solutions.

Responsibilities / What You Will Do 

  • Maintain and ensure proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device Digital Analytics tooling.
  • Administer Google tag management.
  • Understand omnichannel user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Provide data and insights for dashboards and reports for various business areas to help measure the business performance and customer engagement.
  • Analyze available data to identify and quantify customer behavior and translate this into recommendations for traffic generation, marketing, digital advertising, and content strategy.
  • Promote a culture of user-centric and data-driven decision-making and advocate customer experience best practices.
  • Maintain digital analytics documentation.
  • Work with the strategy team to help analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights to teams and clients
  • Stay up to date on industry changes, GA4 evolution, latest innovations and communicate key applicable implications and opportunities to the teams
  • Conduct user training sessions on GA/GTM implementation to team members

Requirements

  • Experience with google analytics or tag management and understanding digital advertising and cross channel and market attribution.
  • Basic level of Javascript.
  • Strong operator skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines across various functions.

Assistant Brand Manager – NYC

About this Role:
At R\West, we call our Account Executives “Brand Managers.” They understand a successful “brand” goes far beyond marketing and advertising. From people to production lines, our brand managers look at a brand holistically. They listen, inside and outside the company to gain the insight needed to get results, while having our clients’ best interests in mind. It’s the foundation to building great client relationships at R/West and how we earn the trust and respect to keep those relationships strong.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be pivotal in bringing our client’s branding and positioning to life through account and project management. You’ll support brand strategy dialogue across the agency, working closely with all departments including the digital experience team, public relations team, creative team, media team, and critical external partners. You’ll then support execution, working with internal team members and creative resources to deliver the highest-quality work across all mediums, managing timelines and budgets. You’ll provide assistance for tracking the impact and learning’s of these activities and bringing your insights back to the client’s core brand strategies.

  • Day-to-day project manager for each of your client teams
  • Work with account lead (Sr. Brand Manager) to understand and execute against inter-discipline agency teams
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, including creating agendas and circulating notes as needed
  • Coordinate integrated account teams through our project management tool/system, ensuring best-in-class work delivery

Junior Developer

  • Creation of new client work, including HTML emails, CMS-driven website development and updates under the guidance of other dev team members.
  • Maintenance of current sites, judiciously building on existing systems, including new feature development and bug fixes

Qualifications:

  • Experience developing for at least one CMS (ideally WordPress, Shopify or Drupal)
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS (Nice to have Node.js, Angular, API)

  • Assist with designing, and documenting technical solutions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally across multiple functional roles like Design, Code, Test, Deploy, and Operate
  • 1+ years experience working within an agency environment would be desirable
