Where we work
Three cities,
one mindset
Portland, New York, and Amsterdam aren’t just dots on a map—they’re the same team working in three places. Each with distinct superpowers and one aligned mission.
01 · OR
Portland
The heritage studio.
Portland is our home base. The founding office and the most fully integrated of the three, with every discipline under one roof. Family-style lunches every Wednesday, sampling Portland’s best. Bonus snacks on set days, courtesy of our food clients. A bowling team voted the most fun in the ad league. A dog or two underfoot. Shelves stacked with props and oddities from past productions — including an absurdly intricate squirrel chalet. It’s Northwest sensibility at work: humble, hungry, and easy to share a sandbox with.

Leadership in Portland

02 · NY
New York
The strategic communications hub.
New York runs comms. Press, earned media, brand reputation, thought leadership, awards strategy, and the relationships that make all of it land. A rooftop meeting space with a skyline view. A Rioja wine room. A team out scouting restaurants, venues, and gallery openings as part of the job description. Think of it as Portland’s fashionable sister: same instincts, sharper shoes.

03 · NL
Amsterdam
The European chapter.
Amsterdam is our transatlantic bridge. The office that gets American brands into Europe and European brands into America without anything getting lost in translation. Closer to European clients by time zone and creative culture. One call away from Portland and New York when a brief needs all our creative minds. Bike-commute energy, two-market fluency, and a strong opinion on the best stroopwafel within walking distance. If the work crosses borders, Amsterdam is already on the call.
